KNOXVILLE, TN — August 3, 2017 — As part of its mission to continuously elevate the promise of Responsive Relationship Banking, Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) today announced the promotion of a key team member and the addition of four new employees to its staff.

Daniel Cheng


Daniel Cheng has been promoted by MCB to bank officer and senior credit analyst. He joined the bank in 2014. In addition to a combined six years of banking and financial services experience, Cheng holds a pair of bachelor’s degrees—one in corporate finance and investments from East Tennessee State University, and the other in language and world business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Susan Duncan


 
Susan Duncan joins the MCB team as senior customer service representative at the bank’s Bearden headquarters in Knoxville. With nearly 10 years of banking experience, Duncan will serve as a primary contact for client accounts and services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University.
 

Alye Jarnigan


MCB welcomes Alye Jarnigan, who joins the bank as a customer service representative at the Cedar Bluff branch. Jarnigan has both prior experience as a teller and a background in customer service.
 

Austin Jenkins


Austin Jenkins joins MCB as compliance/Bank Secrecy Act specialist in the bank’s Johnson City Operations Center. Jenkins brings three years of banking and compliance experience to MCB, along with a bachelor’s degree in business economics from East Tennessee State University. For more than a decade, Jenkins has also been a member of the US Army Reserve. He currently holds the rank of sergeant and is attached to the 702nd Engineering Company in Gray, Tennessee.
 
 

Shawn Seaton


With 11 years of retail banking experience, Shawn Seaton joins MCB as a customer service representative. Seaton, who will work in the bank’s Bearden headquarters branch in Knoxville, has experience as a lead teller and in operational administration.
