Tim Topham

Tim Topham, Executive Vice President and Director, is the Area President and Senior Loan Officer for the Knoxville market, with responsibility for commercial and private banking, treasury management, and branch retail development. Prior to his time at MCB, Tim managed private banking and private wealth management groups with a loan and deposit portfolio worth nearly a billion dollars. Tim is a graduate of Maryville College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and he is on the board of directors for Maryville College and former member for Knoxville Habitat for Humanity. He also volunteers regularly for many humanitarian and community organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. Tim enjoys bicycling, hunting, fishing, and golf.

Tom Jensen

Tom Jensen, City Executive and Executive Vice President, is a member of senior management and the leading commercial lender at MCB. Prior to MCB, Tom served as group vice president managing a wealth management unit with a portfolio of over $400 million in assets. A graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a finance degree, Tom is also a graduate of Leadership Knoxville and active on several area humanitarian and community boards of directors, including the United Way, Boys & Girls Club, Knoxville Quarterback Club, and the Fountain City United Methodist Church. Michael Saporito

Michael Saporito, Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager, has been with MCB from its beginning in Knoxville, right after he graduated with a finance degree from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, where he played football. Having built his banking career at MCB, Michael has gained experience in treasury management, information technology, and commercial lending. As a relationship manager since 2009, he manages a large commercial and private banking portfolio for MCB. Michael serves on the Boys and Girls Club of TN Valley Advisory board, and he is a regular volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. He enjoys golf, basketball, and Ohio State University sports.

Brice Chapman

Brice Chapman, Vice President, Relationship Manager, came to MCB from a Berkshire Hathaway company. He has experience in human resources, Bank Secrecy Act compliance and policy development, credit analysis, loan portfolio management and branch and treasury management services. He currently provides high level oversight for the MCB branches at Cedar Bluff and Bearden Financial Center and also manages a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships in the Knoxville market. Bryan Bentley

Bryan Bentley, Vice President and Portfolio Manager, joined Mountain Commerce Bank in 2019. During his nearly three-decade banking career—all of which has taken place in east Tennessee—Bryan has worked in retail and commercial lending, operations management, consumer and commercial underwriting, and branch administration. Tim Tull

Tim Tull, Vice President and Relationship Manager, has two decades of experience in commercial and private banking. He joined Mountain Commerce Bank in his current role in October 2020.

Prior to MCB, Tim held various positions with four banks across the East Tennessee region where he was responsible for commercial lending and private banking relationships, consumer loans and retail branch management.

Helene Rodzevicius

Helene Rodzevicius, Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager, has more than 18 years of customer service experience, two years of management experience, and five years in the banking field.

Helene joined Mountain Commerce Bank in 2015 and has worked her way up from teller to customer service representative to vault teller and treasury management analyst. In 2020, she was named portfolio manager and is currently responsible for analyzing financial statements and managing portfolios, as well as evaluating risk.

Helene earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Tennessee—Knoxville and has received her certification as an Accredited Payments Risk Professional through the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA).

Kristi Wilson

Kristi Wilson, Vice President and Portfolio Manager, has more than 26 years of banking experience with a focus on commercial and real estate lending, as well as credit administration. During her career, Kristi has acquired knowledge in areas of bank services, policies, procedures, regulations, and loan default remedies.

In 2020, Kristi joined Mountain Commerce Bank in her current role. Prior to her time with MCB, she was a portfolio manager with three other local banks.

Staci Wilkerson

Staci Wilkerson, Vice President and Relationship Manager, serves as a commercial and consumer lender for Mountain Commerce Bank (MCB) in the Knoxville area. She joined MCB in January 2021. Staci brings more than thirty years of banking experience to her role. That experience includes commercial, consumer and mortgage lending, along with private banking and retail branch management.

Staci is active locally, serving on several area community and humanitarian organizations. She is past president of the Rotary Club of Farragut and currently serves on its board of directors. She is also on the board of directors for the Rotary Club of Farragut Foundation and is a member of the Rotary District Leadership Academy’s class of ’20-’21.

Jason Burleson

Jason Burleson, Vice President and Relationship Manager, has more than 14 years of experience in the finance and banking industries—specifically in the areas of management, credit, portfolio management and commercial banking.

Jason began his career in insurance and finance in 2007. From 2009 to 2021, he worked for a pair of local banks, ultimately being named branch manager with the first and then taking on the role of vice president of business banking with the second.

Jason joined Mountain Commerce Bank in his current role in 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Tusculum University, and when he’s not at work, he enjoys boating, traveling and golf.
